A. REPARATIONS
- Establish a protected & designated class as American Africans
- Financial compensation via payout distributed to appropriate qualified linage
- American African card-carrying member
- Federal Holiday: Juneteenth June 19, 2021
- Baby Bonds
- Free college tuition
- Tax exemption status
- Direct ownership of industries formed/created/supported by majority black people i.e. NFL, NBA, entertainment agencies (rappers, actors, musicians, singers, etc.), nail shops, haircare stores (black haircare)
- Entrepreneurship & vocational training for business ownership
- Mass Audit: wealth, land, corporate and familial ownership accumulated by slavery
- Replace confederate statues with American African freedom fighters
- Streets named after our black leaders (Fred Hampton, Frances Cress Welsing, John Henrik Clarke, Huey P. Newton, etc.)
- Rededication & renaming ceremony for anti-slavery activists and freedom fighters
- Compensation for U.S. government-sanctioned domestic terrorism
- Committee/council for USA Reparations
- 100-year program; American African annual fund (as the 911 Victims Compensation Fund exists, our fund should exist more so)
- Discrimination hotline to report racial discrimination in all aspects of American society to be adjudicated by our own council NOT the U.S. government
- 100% full cancellation of all student loan debt for American Africans
B. Police Brutality
- Mandatory minimal sentencing for police officers convicted of murdering black people unjustifiably
- Change laws to protect against murderers exonerated after killing black people unjustifiably
- American Africans to police our own land; our own police force, jail and prison system
C. Economic Empowerment
- Wallstreet Bail Out - Audit these banks and collect fees from discriminatory actions
- Grants to black-owned businesses located in our own communities
- American Africans should own our own businesses, no homeless or destitute
- Own our own banks & financial institutions, U.S. government-backed and protected
D. Mass Incarceration
- Drug laws must affect all USA citizens equally
- Harsh penalties for court judges, DAs, Attorney Generals, Police Chiefs, court-appointed attorneys, prosecutors, etc. who violate black people’s rights during the judicial process
- Expunge marijuana charges, easy access to black ownership of marijuana dispensaries
- Vocational or other specialized training for business ownership (plumbers, electricians, construction workers, truck drivers, etc.) for formerly incarcerated black people
- Prosecute white-collar criminals with harsh prison sentences; try cases under counterfeiting, laundering, fraud, etc., the purpose is to charge & sentence white male criminals
- Prisons should not be privatized
- Federal law: all convicted felons who served their time should be allowed to vote upon reentry into society; right now, this is a state-by-state law; it needs to be a federal law
- Drug offenses: audit & evaluate non-violent cases and pardon these black offenders
E. Education
- Overhaul entire education system; American Africans lead the charge on this action
- Black history, black politics and black empowerment student curriculum
- Educate all children about black historical figures
- Vocational training in high school, i.e. electricians, plumbers, truck drivers, etc.
- STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) direct access for all black students
- Government funds specifically designated for our own American African K-12 schools
- Direct pathway to educate, train and certify us for a career in the teaching profession
- Apprenticeship fund for American African high school student recipients who defer college
F. Housing
- Resolve each discrimination complaint in an efficient manner
G. Entrepreneurship
- Direct access to programs, training, education, vocation, bank loans, grants, etc. to start, maintain and successfully run our own viable businesses
- Communication ownership for New Black Media: Radio stations, TV stations & networks, newspapers, etc.
H. Employment
- Audit companies receiving government benefits to ensure 0% black discrimination
- Train, provide access and a direct pathway for American Africans to qualify for higher paying positions, i.e. managers, supervisors, executives, etc.
- Diversity & Inclusion Law: mandates, regulates and audits hiring practices of employers who hire over 100 employees per company and penalizes those who practice hiring discrimination
- All U.S. citizens should be paid equitable salaries, regardless of race or gender
- Union restructuring to eliminate discriminatory labor union practices
- Fund set up specifically to train, qualify, produce and equip American African contractors with first-pick for government contracts (i.e. roads, buildings, stadium, etc.)
I. Real Estate
- United States of America land re-distribution as per the USA Reparations Bill
- Government-backed home loans specifically for American Africans
J. Military
- American African enlisted & officers receive preference for career placement
- Both military & civilian American Africans receive adequate self-defense training and possess the means to defend ourselves (2nd amendment right)
- Fully financed organizations that strengthen, protect and promote only our interests
K. Healthcare
- Free comprehensive healthcare under the American African Healthcare Programs & Services (AAHPS)
L. Mental Health
- To help alleviate the psychological and generational trauma we’ve accumulated, AAHPS also provides free mental health therapy for American African card holders
- Provide direct access & a pathway to train, educate, and certify American Africans as mental health professionals
